Due to the delicate nature and hygiene considerations of jewellery, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or sizing issues.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, measurements, and images carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, feel free to contact our team, we’re happy to assist.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged during transit or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and, if verified, offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
